At Pocono Athletics we understand athletes have different needs according to where they are in relation to their sport. Training should not look the same year-round. Whether they are in-season, post season, off season, or preseason we can help them reach their peak performance for when it matters most.
We use the Coach RX app to help train and track progress. All athletes will have access to their profile on the app. The Coach RX app also allows us to deliver workouts the athlete should complete on their own. The app helps us keep the athlete accountable and on track.

At Pocono Athletics our coaches work as a team. You won't be held to just one trainer and dependent on their schedule. We will always be able to get your training in with a member of our qualified staff.
All coaching programs include in-house training, use of the Coach RX app, Inbody scans every 4-6 weeks, weekly Speed and Agility group class, and additional programming for workouts done on the athletes own time.

Training will be held indoors at 6130 Route 209 Stroudsburg. We will be in the building behind the old Stout's Mower Service. You will see a lawn sign out front that says Pocono Athletics. Just pull all the way down and around. You will see a Pocono Athletics sign at the door.
