We understand how overwhelming it can be once we decide we need to do something about our health and fitness. We often feel we have gotten ourselves into a hole we just can't climb out of. With all the conflicting information and new fads coming out every day we don't know which way to turn. And when the new thing doesn't work for us it's just more evidence it's not meant to be. Nothing could be further from the truth.
At Pocono Athletics we will meet you at your current fitness level. We will create personal programs that will help you become stronger and healthier week by week. We will work on small changes that will compound over time. We don't do quick fixes or 30-day challenges. We are in it with you for as long as you need us. Our goal is to get you strong, confident and resilient enough that one day you will be able to be on your own.
At Pocono Athletics our coaches work as a team. You won't be held to just one trainer and dependent on their schedule. We will always be able to get your training in with a member of our qualified staff.
All coaching programs include in-house training, use of the Coach RX app, Inbody scans every 4-6, nutrition and behavior change guidance, and additional programming for workouts done on the client's own time at either their home or at a commercial gym.
A great place for any young athlete to start. Just the basics. Program only includes training sessions. For Ages 11-18
